Monadnocks brings structure, technology and opportunity to the Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns of India — through a technology company and a non-profit foundation working under one name.

Our story

Monadnocks began on Diwali night in 2022, when three friends from small villages in Bihar recognised a simple truth: Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns are full of talent, but untouched by the systems that lift up big cities.

We had no offices and no capital — only our rural upbringing, a clear purpose and the drive to organise the unorganised. We started by solving everyday problems and helping young people reach government schemes, jobs and education.

Today Monadnocks has grown into two organisations: Monadnocks Solutions, which builds technology for businesses and institutions, and Monadnocks Foundation, which runs free community programmes. In 2025 Monadnocks was honoured at the Bihar Entrepreneurship Summit.
